My blog is about Lolita fashion, Ball Jointed Dolls and about things on my mind. My English isn't perfect so don't be angry about that.I'm 19 years old and I'm from Holland.

I love travelling, Ball Jointed Dolls, Lolita fashion, other unusual fashion, cats, bats, art, history, Hello Kitty, music, food, sweets, design/making my own clothes,waterfalls, Manga &Anime,my friends and close family.



About Lolita

I wear lolita fashion, I started to wear lolita fashion 3 years ago. This my fourth year that I'm wearing lolita clothes, at the moment I know about lolita for seven years. I found out about lolita in the newspaper, when I saw a review of the book gothic & lolita. That's about 7 years ago...I fell in love with the style after I read the review. 


That's why I wanted to find the book, only I was really shocked when I found it.It wasn't only Lolita but also other styles and one part is are nightlife snapshot (for example Tokyo Dark Castle and such) Now I really love the tokyo nightlife and the more creepy/odd styles but then I was just 12 years old... I was just like OMG what's that! So, I didn't had the courage to buy the book.It was also very expensive, I believe 40 euro?! That's much money for a 12 year old kid :P

Later I started to listen to Japanese Music. I always read German pop music magazines, some of those magazines also write about Japanese visual kei artists. ( I live very close to the German border, 20 minutes by car... That why I read German magazines..) First I really hated it.. once I began to listen to the music from An Cafe I really loved it. Soon I started to listen to other bands.. and I also became interested in the clothes...The first brand I knew about was Angelic Pretty. And then... I found out who Mana was, I already heard of him only now I was also interesed in his own brand Moi-même-Moitié. And that's were my story of wearing lolita began. 

I love lolita because it's girly, cute and it can be dark at the same time.I like the dollish look it has, I love looking like a old fashioned doll.I feel like a princess while I wear lolita, even I'm just a normal girl.

Gothic Lolita, Sweet Lolita, OTT Lolita, Pirate Lolita

Angelic Pretty, Moi-même-Moitié, Baby the Stars Shine Bright, Alice and the Pirates, Rosa Nitida
Juliette et Justine & more...

I don't wear lolita on daily basis only when I go to meetings, it's not possible to wear it more often. I would love to wear it more often but I don't want to ruin my clothes. I don't own brand only, I love offbrand lolita and indie brands.
