Some of you may noticed it, I was away for 1,5 week! One of my biggest dreams came true! So... what was I doing? I went to Iceland! :D
Yes,yes, Iceland... Not the most popular land to go on holiday. I really don't mind that, it's not noisy and crowed around there. I really need that sometimes~~
It was amazing, absolutely breathtaking! <3 It such an amazing country! The first few days (maybe weeks) I'm going to tell about it on my blog and show a lot of pictures of course! Stay tuned if you want to hear/see more about my holiday!

Did you watch the program EO jong about lolita? I liked it, only it was short! I already knew that it wouldn't be long, I watched the program before. (not this one, a few with other subjects)
I watched it with Danchelle and a few other very lovely lolitas and Danchelle's mom, it was so much fun to watch it together.
I think the program would be a great inspiration for other girls and women.
And Danchelle, you were amazing! You looked so pretty and the interview did go so well!

Het was erg leuk dat EO jong aandacht wilde besteden aan de 'subcultuur' lolita.
Ik vond het een leuk programma, wel jammer dat het kort was maar dat wist ik van te voren al. Ik kijk vaker naar EO jong!
Ik denk dat het mensen zal inspireren en ik hoop dat mensen hierdoor ook beter gaan snappen wat lolita is.
Ook hoop ik dat meer meisjes en vrouwen ( of jongens! Er is ook een stijl voor jongens/mannen) gaan denken: oh dit is leuk, misschien wil ik dit ook wel dragen!
Ik denk dat het altijd wel redelijk onbegrepen zal zijn, maar dat is niet erg. Ik vind dat het altijd bijzonder zal moeten blijven, anders is het niet meer leuk naar mijn mening.
Als je vragen hebt over lolita, of over het programma, ben dan alsjeblieft niet bang om dingen te vragen.
Dat vind ik juist leuk! Ik zal mijn best doen om ze te beantwoorden.

I went to Muiderslot yesterday, that's a castle in a cute little villathere I can't imagine that it's only 15 minutes to the busy centre of Amsterdam.ge called Muiden. It's not far away from Amsterdam, it's so quiet
About Muiderslot: The Muiderslot is a castle in the Netherlands, located at the mouth of the river Vecht, some 15 kilometers southeast of Amsterdam, in Muiden, where it flows into what used to be the Zuiderzee. It's one of the better known castles in the Netherlands and has been featured in many television shows set in the Middle Ages. The history of the Muiderslot (Castle Muiden, where muiden means rivermouth) begins with Count Floris V who built a stone castle at the mouth of the river back in 1280, when he gained command over an area that used to be part of the See of Utrecht. The River Vecht was the trade route to Utrecht, one of the most important trade towns of that age. The castle was used to enforce a toll on the traders. It is a relatively small castle, measuring 32 by 35 metres with brick walls well over 1.5 metres thick. A large moat surrounded the castle. A hundred years later, in 1370, the castle was rebuilt on the same spot based on the same plan, by Albrecht, Duke of Bavaria, who at that time was also the Count of Holland and Zeeland. The next famous owner of the castle shows up in the 16th century, when P.C. Hooft (1581-1647), a famous author, poet and historian took over sheriff and bailiff duties for the area (Het Gooiland). For 39 years he spent his summers in the castle and invited friends, scholars, poets and painters such as Vondel, Huygens, Bredero and Maria Tesselschade Visscher, over for visits. This group became known as the Muiderkring. He also extended the garden and the plum orchard, while at the same time an outer earthworks defense system was put into place. At the end of the 18th century, the castle was first used as a prison, then abandoned and became derelict. Further neglect caused it to be offered for sale in 1825, with the purpose of it being demolished. Only intervention by King William I prevented this. Another 70 years went by until enough money was gathered to restore the castle in its former glory. The Muiderslot is currently a national museum (Rijksmuseum). The insides of the castle, its rooms and kitchens, have been restored to look like they did in the 17th century and several of the rooms now house a good collection of arms and armour.

Now I'm going to tell about the lolita meeting. ^__^ I went with my two friends Ellis and Rosy with the train to far, far, far away (Amsterdam) After a long time in the train, we were at the meeting point in Amsterdam Amstel. Then we went with the bus to Muiden and we walked to the castle. The castle was very lovely and I really liked the gardens.
I was lovely day a so nice to see my lolita friends again, we talked a lot and it was the group was fun. I spent most of the day in the garden, enjoying the sun.
We talked,walked around the gardens and visited the castle untill the parc closed.
Then we went to a nice Italian restaurant, I loved to food there. After that it was already time to go home :(

A few weeks ago a lolita friend told me she was selling this dress. I needed to think about it, in the end I couldn't let this amazing chance go away.
I mean it's my dream dress, I missed the release 2 or 3 years ago? I'm not sure, I'm too lazy to search for that!
I wasn't allowed to buy anything outside Holland, and when my mom said yes in the end I decided to wait for the sale only I was too late it was completely sold out by the time I went to the website.
